This model has a more generous fit than standard sizes, which makes it more comfortable to wear. We recommend choosing your regular shoe size.

To preserve the beauty of the suede over time, we recommend cleaning the shoes regularly with a soft suede brush and protecting them from moisture and dirt with a suitable waterproofing spray for suede. The natural shearling should only be aired gently and never exposed to direct heat.

Your order will be prepared with the utmost care and delivered within 2-4 business days via our standard shipping.

Shipping costs
For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you enjoy free shipping. For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.

Returns & return shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Should you nevertheless wish to return an item, you can send your order back to us within 14 business days of receipt.

Please note: no return label is enclosed with your delivery. If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance by e-mail at eshop@frauenschuh.com. Our customer service will inform you about the next steps and provide you with all the information you need for the return.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
