Der Schuh ist normal geschnitten. Wir empfehlen Ihre gewohnte Größe zu wählen.

Um die Weichheit, Farbe und Langlebigkeit Ihrer Wildlederschuhe zu erhalten, empfehlen wir folgende Pflege:

Regelmäßig reinigen: Entfernen Sie Staub und Schmutz mit einer weichen Wildlederbürste.

Flecken behandeln: Kleine Flecken vorsichtig mit einem Radiergummi oder speziellem Wildlederreiniger entfernen.

Nässe vermeiden: Wildleder nicht stark durchnässen. Bei Feuchtigkeit die Schuhe bei Raumtemperatur trocknen lassen – nicht auf der Heizung oder in direkter Sonne.

Schutz: Imprägnieren Sie die Schuhe regelmäßig mit einem hochwertigen Wildlederspray, um sie wasser- und schmutzabweisend zu machen.

Form erhalten: Verwenden Sie Schuhspanner aus Holz, um Form und Material zu schonen.

Lagerung: Wildlederschuhe an einem trockenen, belüfteten Ort aufbewahren, Staubbeutel nutzen, um die Oberfläche zu schützen.

Shipping costs
For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you enjoy free shipping. For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.

Returns & return shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Should you nevertheless wish to return an item, you can send your order back to us within 14 business days of receipt.

Please note: no return label is enclosed with your delivery. If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance by e-mail at eshop@frauenschuh.com. Our customer service will inform you about the next steps and provide you with all the information you need for the return.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
