We are a family business from Kitzbühel that has been run for over 40 years by Kaspar Frauenschuh and his sister Theresia Frauenschuh-Broz. FRAUENSCHUH stands for timeless and luxurious women's and men's clothing. Our specially developed high-tech materials such as premium softshell or nylon quilt combine with traditional fabrics such as loden and wool to create a unique FRAUENSCHUH silhouette with worldwide recognition.
Meanwhile, the third generation has joined the company and acts with a good conscience, entirely in line with the FRAUENSCHUH philosophy.

Eligible orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 AM are usually shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
Please note that all orders from Frauenschuh are processed exclusively by our shipping service provider DHL.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. Please keep this number for future reference. If you have an account, you can also check the status of your order at any time in the "My Account" section of our website. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
If the products purchased at Frauenschuh.com do not meet your requirements, you are welcome to return the items to us. We offer a full refund. Please note the following important information:
- Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be excluded from the refund.
- FRAUENSCHUH.com only refunds items that are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. Items showing signs of wear may be rejected.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want to ensure that your return process runs smoothly. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
- Use the return label provided with your shipment and drop off the package with the respective shipping partners.
- Please fill out the enclosed return form carefully and include it in the package.
- Pack the items together with the return form in the original shipping material or a simple cardboard box.
- Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
- Contact DHL for a pickup or drop off your package at any DHL Access Point.
The refund will be processed once your return has been handled. It usually takes 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement.
Gift Wrapping
We are pleased to offer you the option of having your order gift-wrapped. In the checkout, you can simply tick the corresponding box to let us know that the order should be gift-wrapped.
If you have multiple items in one order, please leave us a short note under the "Gift Wrapping" option to indicate which item(s) you would like wrapped.
Additionally, you have the option to add a personal message. Upon request, we will package the desired garments in a color-coordinated felt bag and tie it elegantly with a ribbon.
