Exchanges & Returns
You may, of course, return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.
To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in perfect original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Please send all items back to us together in one shipment.
- Returns from Switzerland are free of charge, provided you use our provided return label or the same shipping service provider. If you use a different shipping method, you bear the costs and shipping risk yourself.
For prompt processing, please include the completely filled-out return form with your return.
Refunds
After receipt and careful inspection of your return, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
- You will be informed by email once the return process is complete.
- Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
- The credit to your credit card will appear depending on your credit card company, usually within two billing cycles.
Please note that refunds are only issued to the original purchaser or the holder of the payment method used. Shipping costs cannot be refunded in the event of a return.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this on the enclosed return form or contact our customer service directly – we will be happy to assist you personally with your request.
If an item does not meet your expectations or does not fit, you can of course easily return your order within 14 working days.
For orders from Switzerland, a return label is included with your delivery. You can use this to conveniently drop off your return at DHL or a DHL Packstation.
Please note: The return label is only valid for this return shipment to Frauenschuh.
Please use the return label included in the package for your return. In this case, CH.FRAUENSCHUH.com will cover the shipping costs and insurance for your return.
Detailed return instructions can of course be found in your delivery.
Exchanges are only possible for items that are in perfect original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Exchanges can only be made for size or color. If you would like a different item, please place a new order in our online shop.
Please return your items together in one shipment. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from the same order sent at different times.
Returns must be made via the shipping service provider that delivered your order (Post or DHL).
Please note that returns can only be accepted from the respective delivery country. For example, if your order was delivered to Switzerland, the return must also be sent from Switzerland. Otherwise, additional costs for import and shipping may arise, which you will be responsible for.
Personalized and specially manufactured items are excluded from exchange.
Exchanges are usually processed immediately after receipt and inspection of your return.

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected by us, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a few days.
The refund will be processed using the original payment method and will be exclusive of shipping costs. Please note that credit card refunds generally take longer than bank transfers.
The duration of the refund is determined by the respective credit institutions and is outside of our control.
