For deliveries to Switzerland, we cooperate with our logistics partner DHL.

We handle all customs and tax procedures for you – there are no additional costs upon delivery.

Shipping costs:

• Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): CHF 30.00
  
• Free Shipping on orders over CHF 700.00
• Express Shipping (1 business day): CHF 60.00

Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order free of charge within 14 business days.

• Please use the enclosed return label – in this case, you will not incur any costs.
  
• If you choose a shipping service provider other than DHL, you will bear the return costs yourself.

We only accept returns of unworn items in perfect condition.

All original packaging and labels must be included.
