For deliveries to Switzerland, we work with our logistics partner DHL.

We handle all customs and tax procedures for you – there will be no additional costs upon delivery.

Shipping costs:

• Standard shipping (2–4 business days): CHF 30.00
  
• Free shipping on orders over CHF 700.00
• Express shipping (1 business day): CHF 60.00

Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order within 14 business days of receiving the goods.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our E-shop team in advance. We will then send you all the necessary information for the return.
