Once you have found the product you want, simply select the appropriate color and size and add the item to your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to cart". There you can always keep track of your selection.
Would you like to go straight to checkout or browse further? You decide flexibly. Choose between "Continue shopping" or "Proceed to checkout" and customize your shopping cart at any time according to your wishes. You can easily access your shopping cart via the icon in the upper right corner.
To complete your order, click on "Proceed to checkout" and follow the further steps.
Shipping Information
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders received on Austrian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping is exclusively from Austria in cooperation with our logistics partner DHL.

If you wish to cancel your order or individual items from it, please send us an email with your request to eshop@frauenschuh.com. Please include your order number – we will take care of everything else as quickly as possible.
We are happy to offer you the option of having your order gift-wrapped. In the checkout, simply tick the appropriate box to inform us that the order should be gift-wrapped.
If you have several items in one order, please leave us a short note under the "Gift Wrap" option to specify which item should be gift-wrapped.
You also have the option of adding a personal message. Upon request, we will package the desired clothing items in a color-coordinated felt bag and elegantly tie it with a ribbon.
Shopping without a customer account
Shopping at Frauenschuh.com is also possible without a customer account. When you click on "Checkout", you can either log into your existing account, create a new account, or simply proceed as a guest.
If you decide to create a customer account during checkout, you can still do so at the end of the order process. Simply enter your address details and payment method, confirm the order – and voilà!

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. In this email, you will find a link that allows you to check the current status of your order at any time. If you have created a customer account, you can also view the status directly in the customer area under "Orders".
As soon as your order has been picked up by our logistics partner, you will receive a separate email with the corresponding tracking number. Using the provided link, you can:
- track the status of your shipment,
- schedule the delivery time,
- adjust the delivery address.

A few minutes after completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail from Frauenschuh.com. If you do not receive it, a transmission error may have occurred during the entry of your data or payment.

We ship your orders exclusively via our trusted logistics partner DHL. All shipments from FRAUENSCHUH.com are insured against theft and damage. However, this insurance coverage ends as soon as you have confirmed receipt of the delivery in writing with our delivery service.

- Free shipping for orders over CHF 700.00
- Express shipping: 1 business day – Price CHF 60.00
Returns:
You can make your returns within 14 business days free of charge if you use the enclosed return label. If you choose to send the return via another shipping service provider, you bear the costs yourself.
Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels should also be included.
