100% cashmere

Cashmere is one of the finest natural fibres in the world and deserves equally careful treatment to preserve its quality and longevity. Care instructions for cashmere: wash your cashmere piece separately – by hand or on a particularly gentle wool cycle – using a high-quality detergent made specifically for wool. Do not use fabric softener, as it damages the fine fibres. Directly after washing, carefully remove the piece and lay it flat on a clean, dry towel to air-dry gently. As pure cashmere fibres are naturally prone to pilling, we recommend gently removing any pills after drying with a high-quality cashmere comb. This keeps the look and feel of your cashmere piece intact for years.

We recommend cleaning the product according to the care label.

Shipping costs
For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you enjoy free shipping. For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.

Returns & return shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Should you nevertheless wish to return an item, you can send your order back to us within 14 business days of receipt.

Please note: no return label is enclosed with your delivery. If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance by e-mail at eshop@frauenschuh.com. Our customer service will inform you about the next steps and provide you with all the information you need for the return.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
