We recommend always cleaning the product according to the garment's washing instructions. Select the gentlest hand wash cycle at the lowest possible temperature (delicate wash cycle 30°), use liquid detergent and no fabric softener. Do not bleach the material and do not tumble dry. After washing, lay or hang the damp product on a clothesline in a well-ventilated area to dry. Once dry, you can gently steam the product at a low temperature. Alternatively, you can have it dry-cleaned at a laundromat.

The sweater has a loose and casual fit – simply choose your usual size for a perfect fit with a comfortably relaxed silhouette.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we rely on our trusted logistics partner DHL. This ensures that your order arrives reliably, securely and on time.
Your order will be prepared with the utmost care and delivered within 2-4 business days via our standard shipping.

Shipping costs
For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you enjoy free shipping. For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.

Returns & return shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Should you nevertheless wish to return an item, you can send your order back to us within 14 business days of receipt.

Please note: no return label is enclosed with your delivery. If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance by e-mail at eshop@frauenschuh.com. Our customer service will inform you about the next steps and provide you with all the information you need for the return.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
