A day on the slopes, made a little better. The softshell is robust, highly elastic, and water- and wind-repellent. A button placket over the two-way zip, an adjustable hood and well-placed pockets cover everything the mountain asks for. What sets the jacket apart is the pairing of Schöller Softshell with loden – the dense alpine wool.

We recommend always cleaning this garment according to its care label. Close all zips before washing to protect the zip teeth. Choose the gentlest possible programme at the lowest possible temperature (easy-care 30°C), use a liquid detergent and no fabric softener. Do not bleach and do not tumble dry. After washing, lay the jacket over a washing line or hang it up while still damp and leave it to dry in a well-ventilated place. Once dry, it can be briefly steamed at a low temperature. Alternatively, it can be dry-cleaned at a professional cleaner. Wet cleaning without detergent is also an option.

Shipping costs
For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you enjoy free shipping. For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.
Returns & return shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Should you nevertheless wish to return an item, you can send your order back to us within 14 business days of receipt.
Please note: no return label is enclosed with your delivery. If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance by e-mail at eshop@frauenschuh.com. Our customer service will inform you about the next steps and provide you with all the information you need for the return.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.
Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
