The detailed skier motif is worked straight into the extrafine merino wool in jacquard technique and gives the piece its own look. The particularly soft wool sits comfortably against the skin and holds reliable warmth on cold days. Extra-fine merino wool is one of the most exquisite wool qualities – known for its exceptional softness, temperature-regulating properties, and luxurious wearing comfort. To ensure the long-lasting beauty and functionality of this high-quality fiber, particularly gentle care is required.

Care instructions for merino wool:
Always wash garments made from extra-fine merino wool separately – ideally by hand or using your washing machine's special wool program – and use only a mild detergent specifically formulated for wool fibers. Fabric softener should generally be avoided as it can impair the structure of the fine fibers. After washing, remove the item directly from the machine, gently reshape it, and lay it flat on a clean towel to air dry. Hanging to dry can lead to deformation and should be avoided.

To preserve the smooth surface and noble character of merino wool, we recommend carefully removing any occasional pilling with a special wool comb or shaver. This will ensure your garment remains shapely, soft, and comfortable to wear for a long time.

For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you enjoy free shipping. For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.

Returns & return shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Should you nevertheless wish to return an item, you can send your order back to us within 14 business days of receipt.

Please note: no return label is enclosed with your delivery. If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance by e-mail at eshop@frauenschuh.com. Our customer service will inform you about the next steps and provide you with all the information you need for the return.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
