Wir empfehlen das Produkt immer entsprechend der Waschanleitung des Kleidungsstückes zu reinigen. Vor dem Waschen bitte alle Reißverschlüsse schließen, so werden die Zähne der Reißverschlüsse geschont. Wählen Sie Handwäsche oder ein spezielles Handwäsche-Programm von Ihrer Waschmaschine mit möglichst niedriger Temperatur (Pflegeleicht 30°) und verwenden Sie wenig Waschmittel und fügen Sie keinen Weichspüler hinzu. Das Material nicht bleichen, und nicht in den Trockner geben. Nach dem waschen eignet sich das Produkt im feuchten Zustand auf die Wäscheleine aufzuhängen und an einem gut belüfteten Ort trocknen zu lassen. Nach dem Trocknen können Sie das Produkt bei niedriger Temperatur kurz aufdämpfen. Sie können auch eine Reinigung im Waschsalon vornehmen lassen.

For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you enjoy free shipping. For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Should you nevertheless wish to return an item, you can send your order back to us within 14 business days of receipt.

Please note: no return label is enclosed with your delivery. If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance by e-mail at eshop@frauenschuh.com. Our customer service will inform you about the next steps and provide you with all the information you need for the return.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
