All FRAUENSCHUH leather and shearling pieces are treated using a special ecological tanning process without chemical substances and are therefore not suitable for conventional cleaning.

Care Instructions for Light Soiling:

For light surface soiling, we recommend gently rubbing the leather sides against each other. The friction creates warmth, helping the impurities to work into the pores of the leather.

For more substantial soiling, we recommend having the piece professionally cleaned by a specialist in leather care. Please do not pre-treat the leather with any chemical substances.

To refresh your leather or shearling piece, we recommend airing it outdoors overnight in a well-ventilated place. Please avoid direct exposure to sunlight and moonlight, as this may cause fading or other changes to the leather.

The model is 6'2" (188 cm) tall and wears size M.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we work with our trusted logistics partner DHL to ensure that your order arrives safely, reliably and on time.

Orders with a value of CHF 700 or more qualify for complimentary shipping and returns, ensuring a seamless and effortless shopping experience.

For orders below CHF 700, a flat shipping fee of CHF 30 applies.

Returns & Return Shipping

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you nevertheless wish to return your order, we offer a convenient return service for deliveries to Switzerland.

You may return your order free of charge within 14 business days of receipt, provided you use the enclosed return label or contact our customer service in advance.

Alternatively, you may choose a shipping provider of your preference. In this case, the return shipping costs are to be covered by you.

Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn, in perfect condition and returned with all original tags and packaging.
