For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.

You can return your order free of charge within 14 business days of receipt, provided you use the enclosed return label or contact our customer service in advance.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, please understand that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
