For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you enjoy free shipping and free returns – a service designed to provide you with a completely carefree shopping experience.
For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Should you nevertheless wish to return an item, we offer a convenient solution for deliveries to Switzerland:
You can return your order free of charge within 14 business days of receipt, provided you use the enclosed return label or contact our customer service in advance.
Alternatively, you may use a shipping provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
