For light soiling:
Gently rub the leather sides together. The heat generated will help the leather naturally absorb superficial dirt.

For heavier soiling:
We recommend cleaning by a professional leather specialist.

To refresh the leather, simply air out the product overnight in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight and intense light exposure to permanently preserve the leather's natural appearance.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we rely on our trusted logistics partner DHL. This ensures that your order arrives reliably, securely and on time.
Your order will be prepared with the utmost care and delivered within 2-4 business days via our standard shipping.

Shipping costs
For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you enjoy free shipping. For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.

Returns & return shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Should you nevertheless wish to return an item, you can send your order back to us within 14 business days of receipt.

Please note: no return label is enclosed with your delivery. If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance by e-mail at eshop@frauenschuh.com. Our customer service will inform you about the next steps and provide you with all the information you need for the return.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
