The Lacon Cashmere Plus lambskin impresses with its voluminous, fluffy fur structure. All leather parts from Frauenschuh are not suitable for cleaning due to a special ecological tanning process that uses no chemical substances.

Care instructions for light soiling:
For light surface soiling, we recommend carefully rubbing the leather sides against each other. The friction generates heat, which helps impurities absorb into the pores of the leather. For heavier soiling, professional leather cleaning should be sought. In any case, please avoid pre-treating with chemical substances. To refresh the leather item, we recommend airing the product outdoors overnight in a well-ventilated place. Ensure to avoid direct sunlight and moonlight to prevent fading or other changes to the leather.

For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you enjoy free shipping and free returns – a service designed to provide you with a completely carefree shopping experience.

For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.

You can return your order free of charge within 14 business days of receipt, provided you use the enclosed return label or contact our customer service in advance.

Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, we kindly ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
