All Frauenschuh leather items are not suitable for cleaning due to a special ecological tanning process that uses no chemical substances. For light surface soiling, we recommend carefully rubbing the leather sides together. The friction creates heat, which causes the impurities to be absorbed into the pores. If you have larger stains, professional leather cleaning is necessary. It is important that you do not pre-treat with any chemical substance. To refresh the leather item, we recommend hanging the products outdoors overnight to air out. Please also ensure that you avoid moonlight and sunlight.
