For deliveries to Switzerland, we rely on the proven collaboration with our logistics partner DHL. This ensures that your order arrives reliably, securely, and on time.
Your order will be prepared with the utmost care and delivered within 2–4 business days as part of our standard shipping service.
Shipping Costs
For orders with a value of 700 CHF or more, you benefit from free shipping and free returns – a service that ensures a completely carefree shopping experience.
For orders with a value under 700 CHF, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30 CHF.
Returns & Return Shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Should you still wish to return an item, we offer a convenient solution for deliveries to Switzerland:
You can return your order free of charge within 14 business days of receipt, provided you use the enclosed return label or contact our customer service in advance.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.
Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
