All leather parts from Frauenschuh are not suitable for cleaning due to a special ecological tanning process that uses no chemical substances.

Care instructions for light soiling:
For light soiling of the surface, we recommend carefully rubbing the leather sides against each other. The friction generates heat, which helps to absorb impurities into the pores of the leather. For heavier soiling, professional leather cleaning should be sought. In any case, please avoid pre-treatment with chemical substances. To refresh the leather item, we recommend airing the product overnight in a well-ventilated outdoor area. Be sure to avoid direct sunlight and moonlight to prevent fading or other changes to the leather.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
