For orders with a value of CHF 700 or more, you benefit from free shipping and free returns – a service designed to provide you with a completely carefree shopping experience.
For orders with a value under CHF 700, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 30.

You can return your order free of charge within 14 business days of receipt, provided you use the enclosed return label or contact our customer service in advance.
Alternatively, you can use a shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, we ask for your understanding that you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.
Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned to us with all original tags and packaging.
