To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager/Administrator CRM / Salesforce who will drive the further development of our CRM system and serve as the central interface between internal departments and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Project management & support of our Salesforce system, including
• Further development and adaptation to new requirements
  
• Interface function between internal departments, sales, marketing, and external partners and service providers
  
• Analysis and evaluation of customer data, creation of reports and performance dashboards
  
• Development and implementation of strategies to increase customer loyalty and customer experience
  
• Creation of individual CRM content for campaigns, automations, and customer interactions
  
• Identification and implementation of new CRM projects and digitalization potentials
  Ensuring data quality and implementing data protection-compliant processes.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in economics, marketing, IT, or a comparable qualification
  
• Experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  
• Analytical thinking skills and several years of experience with data analysis, dashboards, and KPIs
  Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured way of working
  
• High degree of initiative and interest in CRM trends and digital developments
