E-Commerce Manager

Your Responsibilities
- Shipping process: Order and return processing, packaging and shipping of products
- Customer acquisition and support: Acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers via email and phone
- Website maintenance and content management: Uploading and updating product descriptions and images
- Product management: Inventory management, stock level monitoring
- Analysis & Optimization: Supporting the evaluation of sales figures and improving online shop processes
- General organizational tasks: Collaboration with other departments and undertaking additional tasks as needed
Your Strengths
- Experience in e-commerce
- Affinity for online retail and interest in digital platforms
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers
- Structured, diligent, and reliable work ethic
- Technical understanding and basic knowledge of Office programs
- Experience with content management systems
