Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for operational controlling & accounting
- Preparation of monthly reports & variance analyses
- Primary responsibility for the budgeting process
- Preparation of ad hoc reports and advising management
- Co-responsibility for production planning, including the provision of relevant data
- Management of controlling projects & continuous development of operational reporting
- Ensuring compliance with all guidelines & standards
- Sales controlling and close cooperation with the sales team
Your Strengths
- Completed business administration degree with a focus on controlling/finance
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a production company
- Experience in the textile or fashion industry preferred
- Excellent Excel skills & ideally experience with BO
- Affinity for numbers, strong analytical skills & solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with high initiative & hands-on mentality
