All FRAUENSCHUH leather and shearling pieces are processed using a particularly environmentally friendly, ecological tanning method, completely without synthetic substances. They are therefore not suitable for conventional cleaning.

For light surface soiling, we recommend gently rubbing the leather sides against each other. The warmth created by the friction helps the impurities penetrate into the pores of the leather.

For heavier soiling, please consult a professional leather cleaning specialist. It is important not to use any chemical substances to pre-treat the leather.

To refresh your leather or shearling piece, we recommend hanging it outdoors overnight in a well-ventilated place. Please avoid direct exposure to sunlight or moonlight during this process.

You may return your order free of charge within 14 business days of receipt, provided you use the enclosed return label or contact our customer service in advance.

Alternatively, you may choose a shipping provider of your preference. In this case, the return shipping costs are to be covered by you.

Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn, in perfect condition and returned with all original tags and original packaging.
