Production Planning Assistant

Your tasks
- Management, scheduling, ordering, and monitoring of assigned production sites
- Coordination and assurance of raw material deliveries to assigned producers
- Specification and management of cost-optimized freight types with logistics, considering the specified delivery date
- Written and verbal communication with producers
- Verification of negotiated payment and delivery terms for completeness
- Regular producer visits
- Claim Management & Quality Control
- Material master data creation in the system
Your strengths
- Completed technical or commercial education or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a similar field is an advantage
- Business knowledge / numerical aptitude
- Willingness to travel
- In-depth knowledge of textile procurement markets
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- High degree of initiative and quick comprehension
