Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the purchasing management in the selection and procurement of international luxury fashion brands
• Preparation, follow-up and participation in trade fairs and order appointments – including weekends with time off in lieu
• Coordination of appointments and travel planning for the purchasing team
• Creation of evaluations, calculations and assortment analyses (primarily in Excel)
• Communication with international partners, especially in Italy
• Support in assortment design, merchandise presentation and space planning
• Working in sales two days a week – to deepen product understanding and customer proximity

Your Profile

• Experience in fashion retail, ideally in the luxury segment – especially in sales
• Strong sense of style, quality and trends beyond the mainstream
• Organizational talent, structured and independent way of working
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Fluent English in spoken and business written communication
• Italian language skills advantageous – due to close cooperation with our producers
• Team player, flexible and highly willing to travel (including weekends)
• Interest in sustainable, handcrafted products and individual brands
